If you cannot figure out what the problem is, I suggest you send it to Canon to be fixed (or at least contact Canon directly) And it probably doesn't have a built in sync port. But if your strobes have an optical slave built in you can use the attached flash with the flash compensation turned way down to trigger the strobes
